Loving Yourself

This is your reminder to take care of yourself. To be firm on your boundaries and be fearless when it comes to expressing your needs. When I think back on when I started my self love journey, I always think about how much I neglected myself leading up to that point. How comfortable I was with getting the short end of the stick, being loved half way or always being taken advantage of. I was the girl that always ended up hurt or let down. Seeking validation and healing, in the arms of anyone who would be consistent. Nothing that anyone did for me was good enough, because I never felt like I was enough for myself. I want to encourage you to take bigger steps when it comes to loving yourself, being gentle with yourself and forgiving yourself. You deserve the deepest of loves, and you can start by giving it to YOU.
